Please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with Vanity Vault, you agree to all policies outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and maintain the integrity of our luxury products and services.

 

Product Expectations

At Vanity Vault, we specialize in 100% virgin human hair extensions sourced from individual donors.

Because of the natural origin of our hair:

• Each bundle is unique

• Texture may vary between straight, wavy, or curly

• Natural color ranges from 1B to 2

• Slight variations in pattern, thickness, and color are normal

While we do our best to accommodate specific requests, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

 

Order Processing

• Orders are processed during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

• Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or changed

 

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at checkout

• All major credit cards are accepted

• Orders are processed immediately upon successful payment

If an order is canceled, your financial institution may take 3–5 business days to release held funds. This timeframe is controlled by your bank.

 

Shipping & Delivery

• Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout

• Vanity Vault is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays or natural disruptions

 

Additional policies:

• Customers are responsible for any address correction fees

• Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will require reshipment fees

• Refused or abandoned shipments are not eligible for refunds

Once your package has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Returns, Exchanges & Final Sale Policy

 

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

Exchanges may only be considered if:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

 

Items will NOT be accepted if they have been:

• Installed or worn

• Combed, brushed, or manipulated

• Cut, colored, bleached, or chemically processed

• Removed from the weft

• Exposed to any product or odor

Any item that does not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer.

 

Replacements & Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a defect:

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

• The product must remain unused and unaltered

Once inspected and approved, a replacement will be issued.

Please note:
Any alteration—including coloring, bleaching, or customization—voids all eligibility for replacement.

Customer Responsibility

To ensure satisfaction, customers must:

• Inspect all hair before installation

• Verify the product meets expectations prior to use

Vanity Vault is not responsible for issues identified after installation.

We strongly recommend consulting a licensed professional before:

• Coloring

• Bleaching

• Chemical processing

Results may vary, and Vanity Vault is not liable for damage caused by third-party services or improper handling.

 

Product Availability

In the event an item is unavailable:

• You will be contacted regarding substitution options

• If declined, a full refund will be issued for that item

Prices, product details, and availability are subject to change without notice.

 

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees

• Additional verification may be required before order approval

 

Fraud Protection

Vanity Vault reserves the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order deemed suspicious

• Request additional verification for high-risk transactions

Fraudulent activity and chargebacks will be fully investigated and disputed.

 

Limitation of Liability

Vanity Vault is not liable for:

• Improper use or handling of products

• Third-party services (installation, coloring, etc.)

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, images, branding, and materials associated with Vanity Vault are protected and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

 

Policy Updates
