Returns & Exchange Policy
At Vanity Vault, all products are carefully inspected and prepared to maintain the highest quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges (If Approved)
Exchanges may be requested within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and in original condition

No signs of installation, wear, or alteration

Original packaging and security ties intact

Free from any product residue, odor, or manipulation
Items that have been:

Installed, worn, or tested
-
Brushed, combed, or detangled
-
Cut, colored, bleached, or chemically processed
-
Removed from the weft or customized in any way
will not qualify for exchange under any circumstances.
Approved exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value. No refunds will be issued for price differences.
Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:

Contact us through our official contact page

Provide your order number and full contact information

Include a brief description of your request
Once received, the item will be inspected. If approved, your exchange will be processed accordingly.
Hygiene & Product Integrity
Due to hygiene standards and the nature of human hair extensions, all products must remain in resalable condition to qualify for exchange.
Any alteration, processing, or use will void eligibility.
Shipping Policy
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Vanity Vault is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Processing & Shipping Times
Processing times vary by product:

PURE Collection Orders: 3–5 business days after processing

Raw Hair & Wigs: 7–10 business days after processing
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider. Vanity Vault is not liable for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.
Delivery Planning
We recommend placing orders at least 7 days in advance of any appointments or installation dates, as shipping delays may occur that are outside of our control.
Pickup Orders
In-store pickup is available only for clients with scheduled installation appointments or custom color orders.
